As a Director Sales, you will

  • Establish strategic relationships with key prospects and preferred suppliers
  • Responsible for identifying and analyzing sales trends & patterns, potential customers, and leads
  • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity and respond to competitor weaknesses and threats
  • Ensure team members oversee new business implementation and work closely together with the implementation teams
  • Ensure all client-facing collateral is current and consistent with company branding and image standards

 

About you

  • Relevant corporate-level experience demonstrating leadership and success, with responsibility for representing the country management team and leading overall sales at the national level
  • Effective communication skills, oral, written, and presentation
  • Computer literate in business software applications  
  • Ability to interact with individuals and groups in a positive and collaborative manner
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and flexibility for occasional international travel
  • Business travel industry experience is preferred
